Renae was patient with my work time. Called letting me know when she was sending emails.Explaining what I was signing. If I had any questions she was there for me. She went above and beyond to help me.

Renee Smith is one of the many sweetest, kind, considerate, dedicated, concerned, remarkable person I have ever met. She always kept me in the "know" of things and was so upfront of everything. Even times when I wanted to give up trying to purchase a home, she encouraged me to "keep going." Magnificent!!! I have a very extensive history with Renee that started 3 years back when we were working with another seller/bank on a short sale house. We were not able to close but she was very informative even when the seller's mortgage company wasn't either. Because of that great experience of customer service, I reached out to her again when I decided to hop back into the market. She was ready and willing! We hit the ball running and was able to find the perfect home after only 2 days of searching, "When you Know, you Know", she said. She was able to provide valuable recommendations for mortgage companies and inspectors; which help to make the process very easy. Very responsive, prompt, and avaliable....even during vacation. This lead to me purchasing my first home. I recommend Renee to any who is eager to purchase a home!
